I was hounded by these people for about 2 weeks. I had an IRS lien filed, and they found my Cell Phone #. I kept blocking their # on my phone, and they kept calling from different numbers! Avoid these people like the plague: they have no idea about taxes!
Had an interesting arguement with a "manager" who was telling me that the alimony I pay in my divorce decree was not tax deductible (!!!) Absolutely no truth to that. They were going to save me money, reduce my penalties, etc. No truth to that either.
These are bottom feeders that prey on fear and intimidation. Do NOT give them any money. DO spend a lot of time with them on the phone and ask as many questions as you can until you get their objective. You will discover the objective is to get into your pocket.
