New England Custom Putting Greens Beware working with this contractor Clinton Massachusetts

I would advise against working with New England Custom Putting Greens. The owner, Tom McNamara, does not seem to hire competent workers that do much of the installation and finishing work. It took several weeks to get the work done, despite an original estimate of 2-3 days. After two weeks, the seam running down the middle of the green has begun to come apart and the green shows discoloration throughout. The worst of this is that it's been over six weeks and Mr. McNamara had promised on 5 separate occasions to come out and remedy the problems. I am still waiting, with the expectation that it will never get fixed and I will have to take him to small claims court to resolve this. He never answers his phone, and his voicemail is always full. The only way he responds is via text messages, usually only after several days.
