This is a poorly managed medical billing company. They lack basic accounting experience. The management cannot keep employees, and as a result, the accounts managers tend to change every few months. If you have specific problems that require discussing the management either does not return calls, or makes threats to the client. Their record keeping is so poor that on numerous occasions they adjusted large accounts to 'zero', without ever gaining the appropriate authorization for the client. Their monthly billing reports contained numerous discrepancies and the report itself is almost impossible to decipher. If you are considering a medical billing company - please DO NOT consider this company. There are so many more competent companies out there, this one is just not one of them! Be Warned!

New England Medical Management Group is an extremely well managed company with dozen of extremely satisfied long term clients.
Our staff is professional, well trained and most of all, willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
The "personal opinion" of 1 unprofessional former client vs. over 100 very satisfied clients speaks for itself.
This personal attack was nothing more than that.
