Any if not all the awards which Todd has won for his work were for the work of his employees or subcontractors. I agree that he presents himself as a "great guy," but he is a financial disaster and can not be trusted in any regard.  Although he is a member of the (so-called) professional organization American Institute of Building Design (AIBD), in my experience he is incapable of conducting himself according to any professional code of ethics or producing building design that is well conceived, technically sound, aesthetically well-designed or professionally drawn.  My advise is to steer as far away from Todd Von Stein as possible.
