Carlton R. Upton Jr. is a false contractor using New Generation Capital Builders to scam investors and defraud homeowners. He uses properties paid for by other investors to collect money from new investors who he intends to scam. He says there are no other investors and adds you to his company long enough for you to deposit money into an account and then uses the money on his personal expenses. Then he reoves you from the account and business and tells you to sue him if you want your money back. He is contracting jobs with no license or general construction knowledge (removes support walls with no bracing during demo, steals electricity and water from neighbors during rehab of building, etc...).
