The website tells you that they will charge you $1.00 per month for online music but they have charged me $79.95 per month for the past two months. The website does not allow you to access the free music that it promises.

When I called the company, they told me that my money would be refunded within 2 weeks. It has been over 2 weeks and still no refund. I just called today and the first person I spoke to said there was a technical difficulty and that it would take another 2 weeks to refund my money.

When I asked for his supervisor, he would not give me a name or a phone number, only an email address. He was very rude. I called back and managed to speak to a "floor supervisor" and he was even worse. I asked for his supervisors name and he told me he could not give me the name, only the email address. When I asked for the corporate office, he said he could not give me that info. I asked why and he said "because I can't." No reason at all. I told this person that I was going to get a lawyer to get my money back and he said "Then we won't refund your money. The lawyer can do that for you." My bank tells me that this company is overseas in a country named Cyprus.

THIS IS FRAUD!!
