I was simply browsing music download sites. Days later i saw a debit entry for 79.95 on my credit card for sgada.com. I called the bank and was given the new healthy savings name and phone number. I called them and was unexpectedly treated pretty well. The clerk agreed to cancel my "membership" in new healthy savings. It was only after pushing him that he agreed to refund the 79.95. Have no idea if this will actually happen. This took place on 2-17-05 so i will wait and see what happens.

FRAUD.
Now, you're going to give them a chance to do the right thing? Let me ask you, how many times did you see an honest bank robber decide to return the money he stole the week before?
Now, tell me, what are the chances of them actually returning your money?
