i understand that u r in a bad mood at this point of time since u have been ripped off but lemme tell u that these people who r ripping u off r not from any foreign nation i donot know how u got the idea that they r from Australia but i did some investigation myself and found that they r i in new york thats right new york city. On speaking with one of their rep.s i came to know that they r completely lost.it is perhaps the biggest fraud going on in the country at this point of time. the rep.s out there refuse to disclose their location or the name of the owner. when i told them that i was their customer (i lied) they said that my name does not appear on their database and that i would get a refund for the money that i was charged.provided i give them my card number. lemme also tell you that the rep.s out there work on a contract basis. i spoke with around three people out there and they could not give any satisfactory info.i tried to locate them via BBB address book and this is the address i got maybe this would help u out ''BBB of Southeast Florida
