SGADA, New Healthy Savings ripoff Nicosia Cyprus

I agreed to pay a $1 fee for using the site to find downloads for my PDA. I found nothing I could use and thought 'that's ok it was only a dollar'. When I checked my credit card online it showed a charge of $48.
I called the 800 number for SGADA.com and they told me they where only a third party fulfillment company and they gave me the number for New Healthy Savings. I called NHS and they said at the end of the agreement that I had signed (x box if you agree)it said I would be charged $48 and they could do nothing about it.

I called my credit card company who said they would investigate. Then I googled SGADA.com and found this site. I read one of the complaints and it said that SGADA.com refunded the money, so I called them back.
When I spoke to SGADA.com the second time they started to tell me how they where only a fulfillment company at which point I said " on the internet at 'Badbusinessbureau.com' it says you will refund my money. He immediately said I have put through a refund and it will show up on your bill within 3 days. I also asked him to send me an email stating that fact, and he said yes.
