They catch you when you are down - promise the moon and make you sign an Agreement. They take your money - $2600 in 4 months. Won't talk to your creditors or write them a letter. They say you have to wait at least 6 months to ask for a settlement - my feeling is they need at least 1/2 of their money before they will even start helping you. You are suppose to save big while paying them for nothing all of this time.
After 50 million messages from my creditors (3) I finally started calling them back. They would not work with New Horizon and all they would say is "not good". Because I chose to work with them, I could not get any hardship settlements or lower interest rates from my creditors. Now, New Horizon Debt Relief will not refund me a dime, so I am in worse straits then I was 6 months ago.
If they had taken my money and put 1/2 of it in a savings account for my creditors it would have been more believeable, but instead, all went to them first. What a ripoff!
