In july of 2001 New Image Builders was hired to replace my roof. They tore off my old roof, did not tarp it right. A storm came and blew the tarps off and the rain flooded the house.
They were given the chance to repair the house as they requested and did even more damage to it. Then I told them to get out and turned it over to my Insurance company instead of fighting with them anymore.
First they told the Insurance company that they fixed all damage to my house that I am a lier Now they are saying that they never damaged the house in the first place and are not going to pay for any damage.
I only hope that they get whats coming to them.
Nowonder insurance rates are so high.
