New Jersey Gas & Electric Bill me with dramatically, heartbreak high price with no detail Fort Lee New Jersey

2 Years ago, the sale people from NJG&E promised us a better price than PSEG and persuade us to switch them.

we got heartbreak Gas & Electric bills of $462.79 for January and $678.79 in for February. The February bill showed, the gas supply charge for this month was $310.63, the Electric charge was $203.21 without any detail information. While PSEG said if with them, the charges would have been $112.60 and $64.17.

I called to them, the customer services, just said he will transfer this complain to the billing department and said this was a market rate that was 3 times of the PSEG rate.
