New Jersey Turnpike Authority NJ E-ZPass Like the other consumer, I received a violation notice in the mail for the Pascack Valley toll booth. Many people on other websites have reported this problem, as well. I am sure I paid the toll, since I remember paying all the tolls, and I had a passenger with me who was getting out the quarters. Another website mentioned the automatic toll receivers aren't always maintained properly. Newark New Jersey
