New Leaf Landscape & Design Owner: Gergios Tzortzis Asked money upfront ,$4,000. Did horrible job with installing SODS. No tilling, no leveling, no drainage, bad sprinkler system, left more than $1000 of SODS to die. Left my backyard to flood when sprinkler is on for 4 months now and still not finished. Won't return calls. Txt me false promises. Sacramento California

LOST $4000 TO A BAD UNFINISHED LANDSCAPING JOB! GEORGIOS IS A FRAUD & DOES NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS, VOICEMAIL, OR TXT AFTER GETTING YOUR MONEY. USES FALSE STORIES OF HIS STRUGGLES AND TELLS PROMISES AFTER PROMISES. MANY EXCUSES. USES FAKE PICTURES. FAKE GOOD REVIEWS. USES MY BACKYARD PICTURES TO SHOW OTHERS WHAT HE CAN DO FOR THEM, BUT DOESN'T SHOW THEM END PROJECT. WHY? BECAUSE ITS NOT GOING TO EVER BE FINISH. IT'S BEEN OVER 4 MONTHS SINCE THIS REVIEW.

The negative reviews are correct. Georgios ask me for money up front and all he does is talk a lot of bullsh*t. We asked him if he is capable of doing a job of simply laying SOD for our backyard for a bridal shower. I knew the size of the yard and time frame it needs to be done was hard, so I asked him if they were capable of doing it. He said yes, but will need $3000 up front for materials. He said it will be completed in 3 days. He then went and bought everything and worked on it.

Day 1: Him and his partner, Angelo also hired cheap labor to clear our weed. The guy they hired, just listened to music on his ipod all day and didn't finish clearing a job that can take 2-3 hrs. They fired the guy the next day and did it themselves. I felt bad for them so I treated them well with drinks and understanding.

Day 2: Georgios took the money I gave him and bough SODS. 3 LARGE PALLETS OF SODS. Enough to fill my backyard TWICE! They left it in front of my house, blocking the sidewalk. Left dirt everywhere on the street. They started working the land on my back yard. They cleared the weed, but did not spray it with weed killer. DID NOT LEVEL THE GROUND. DID NOT TILL THE GROUND.

DAY 3: Installed the sprinkler system with pipes sticking out of the ground. Didn't call PG&E to check out if digging is OK. Sprinkler head was installed incorrectly. See pictures. Doesn't know how to wire the sprinkler system. Left wires open with no protection. Finally rolled out the SODS without aligning it together.

RESULT: MY BACKYARD NOW HAS $4000 worth of SOD that is not leveled, bad water irregation, drainage system and is completely unfinished! Left patches of grass laying around. Left 20 bags of trash in my backyard for weeks! I asked them to throw it away and they threw it in my small trashcan. 20 large garbage bags! LEFT A TON OF EXTRA SODS IN MY FRONT YARD FOR WEEKS! IT'S BEEN 4 MONTHS AND ITS STILL NOT DONE. WEEDS & MOLD ARE GROWING UNDERNEATH GRASS.

I was fooled into believing his stories about his family, and struggles with the company. I was very sympathetic about his business and his busy schedule. We gave him $3000 upfront to get the materials and gave him the rest to finish the job, but he never did.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD & WILL BE PROSECUTED.

Note to Georgios: I gave you so many chances and we treated you really well. I can't believe you would do this to people. Shame on you, your company, and everyone that is associated with your scam. Don't make promises you can't keep!
