New life contacted us in December said they would be able to lower our rates on our mortgage so my husband told them to send the paper work ....we never signed anything we never agreed on anything but yet they took out 658.00 in December ...they refunded our money and said sorry it would never happen again . Now its January and they just pulled out 658.00 again and have yet to refund it causing over 300.00 in over draft fees. This company has never contacted my mortgage company . I think they need to be shut down.

Am I mistaken or did you at some point give them your bank account information? The solution is very simple though. Close the account and reopen a new one. The debit authorization will not follow over to the new account.
