New Mexico Catalog Green Chile rip off!!! Fairacres New Mexico

I would like to inform all consumer in the usa..do not order from new mexico catalog!! September!15th 2007 I ordered 20 lbs. of roasted and frozen green chiles..They said about 3 weeks..one month led to two months..and so on..linda assured me they were coming soon..Linda had them shipped finally Dec. 6th..5 days later mailman shows up with leaking bag..obviously a hazard to the postal service!

I refused them and called Linda immediately!!and so did my postmaster and mailman..linda told me it was the post office at fault!! i assured her she was mistaken and that i had paid $36 for shiping 2 day mail linda ships priority mail ..sooo after going back and forth I asked for my money back and her words were We cant do that..I was floored!!! she said she would ship again..

its now Feb.1..two months later still no chiles..though suppose to be shipping today???I am also filing with the bbb someone has to help the consumer!!! So as of right now Im out $153 and green chiles!!!
