I sent my XBOX 360 in for service in July 2009 Due to a bad DVD Rom I received the unit back only for the DVD drive to fail 3 weeks later. I sent it in they repaired it and about a month goes by and the DVD failed to read discs and the green light was flashing. Sent it BACK to be fixed this is the third time so far got my so called unit back yesterday but it was not my XBOX it belongs to someone else. I have called Asurian 5 times today and they will not help. So I have somones XBOX they have MY XBOX and they ask how I know this well the user profiles are different they did not send back my controller with it which was also broken and I have a NEW MAC Address and cant get on XBOX Live!!! This Company is A Scam I have been without my unit for 7 weeks so total. And they wont honor the CA LEMON LAW... SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE.. I know The person who got my xbox wont be too happy either!!!.
