New Options Resources, NOR, AKE Asked me to leave before my interview Bolingbrook Illinois

I was told over the phone by Patricia that this was not a selling job and they wanted me to come in that day. I agreed to the next day. I wanted to know what NOR stood for, but the lady did not know.

I brought my ID and references as required. There five people in a room filling nout a brief form. We all talked about what does NOR stand for and wny there is no website since I was told the company had been in business for 20 years.

The office manager came into the room since she heard us all talking and had questions. She said the company is AKE fire safety equipment and told us we would learn more in the orientation shortly. There were a few products on a shelf.

AFter the manager left the room we talked more about the company and products amongst ourselves. I did not understand why when I asked Patricia that set up the interview why she did not know what NOR stood for. Patricia is the office manager's secretary. She didn't know much about the position and obviously it was just to get me in the door.

I said to our group that I was not a salesman and did not know if I could sell a fire extinguisher, but I had a very open mind. The manager alked into the room and called my name. She then asked me to leave because I was not right for the company since she overheard me say that I did not want to sell their fire extinguishers. I explained to her that I did not say that. What I said was that I was not a salesman and did know about selling fire extinguishers.

She was not very nice at all. I told her this was not fair and awful to be treated this way. Never in my life have I be so humiliated.

With the milliions of people unemployed this is certainly no way to get people working again.
