I want to protect other consumers against New Roof & Siding; referred off Home Advisor another scam as pre screeed contractor process is very limited.  New Roof looks great on paper, estimates are in squares with installation warranty encompassing incidentals valleys, eaves, ventation, fleshing, facia, gutters etc. Mr. Faucet owner very congenial knows just how to play vunerabilities of customer. 

 This was insurance claim, he indicated 20 years w allstate an expert.  He totally misrepresented, did not follow insurance process, pictures of damages, prior approval, secondary claim.  He attempted to circumvent policies, lie, falsify document, confess, slander, not answer call, texts, emails, without threats. Lost much of claim reimbursement ie depreciation due to roofer paperwork and avoidance of claims team.

 He alway needed material partial payments splitting roofing into three upper, lower, carport saying he would complete unfinished sections when began new section but required payments thus warranty statement no money down until 100% satisfied is false.  He received a total of $9,700 roof still not complete properly.  Last email from owner stated a well wishing "I hope you find peace".

 I solicited evaluations from four 5 star rated roofing contractors all concurring that to stop additional internal water damages this new roof would need to be torn completely off, install to inferior to repair roof properly.  Overview from evlauation; skylight just sitting on roof not fleshed or chalked, gutter helmet not put back correctly, drip edge not aligned properly, cutoff of shingles on rake too short allowing water to come into the house, nail lifting shingles makes wter go backwards into the house, chimney not flashed correctly, replacment cap not fit properly, transition area between the 2 top roofs not installed correctly resulting in interior water leaks; fleshing between carport and house not installed properly, new pitch on carport poor shingling causing internal leaks to new t&g beams, new architectural shingles torn with improper install overall roof, storage barn reroofed to match shingles to home those damages; spit plyboard with piecing 2" nails, created large hole strattling, shingles not aligned now leaking water, also installed poorly around drip edges gaps water seepage,as well torn shingles not lay properly.
