New Smyrna Beach Chevrolet "UNFAIR AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES" New Smyrna Beach Florida

I went to lease a vehicle at New Smyrna Chevrolet at New Smyrna Beach. I explained to the Jon Perez that I wanted a 4x4 Chevy Surburban in Tungsten. We then looked at vehicles and I explained that I liked the 4x4 in tungsten. The salesman then took us inside and started requesting info on credit reports. I mentioned to him that I would be repeating myself to make sure he knew what I wanted and didn't want. He said not to worry. After all was said and done I had to leave to meet with my family who I had gone to see initially in Florida from NY. 

I had to leave and rather than to let me leave and come back Mr. Perez said take the car and then come back, and we were in shock. We had never lease a vehicle and taken possession before signing contracts. We took the vehicle after signing a paper not a contract to take the car out. He said don't worry go see your family take the car and come back we will be here. When evening came I called Jon and he said I have to leave to go to my other job and when we arrived rushed the paperwork never explaining or going over any of the vehicle specs nor filling up the car. After we signed the contracts in a rush we left. Having only two days left or less.

I was called on the day I was leaving to come in to the dealership to speak to finance mgr. when I got there the finance mgr told me there was a discrepancy in the payoff and I owed more monies. I said that can't be.. I said we signed contracts I should not be held to pay more. Joe said I spoke with Jeremy Kiel and he said pay the monies or we will take the 2015 Suburban back and give you the 2014 4X4 Honda Pilot EX-L.  I have contacted the Florida Attorney General and others to file complaints.

I am not happy and want them to give me the vehicle they knew I went to lease, which was a 2015 Chevy Suburban LT 4X4, instead of a 4X2. However, I have notified Eric, the other Finance Manager and a Mr. Mogart that I am willing to settle my dispute provided they either lower my monthly payment to reflect a 4X2 vehicle or issue me a refund for the full $2730.00, for taking advantage of me and telling me I was getting a 4X4 when it was really 4X2. I dont know many people from NY that would go to Florida to trade a Honda Pilot EX-L 4X4 for a Chevy Suburban 4X2 because any New Yorker could tell you the snow and ice conditions can be extremely difficult to manage without a 4X4! I have tried to reach out to Mr. Jack Holcomb but have not been successful!! Hope he can help!!!
