They took weeks from order, down payment to installation. May 12 to late august...and i had to call and call. Then lots of installation damage. Has taken me nearly a month to get some to just look at the damage. Gladys the scheduler must b terrible iver worked or incompetent.
Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
Everyone I talk to doesn't know much because they are new employees.
Meanwhile i have custom made awnings that need to b installed. My awning should not have to wait to install and get paid.
I talked to an installation supervisor today...although I asked to speak to a higher up...this guy was nice at first then started screaming at ne...Wldnt allow me answer his questions because he kept screaming.
My damage needs repaired!
This complaint is my first step. Now it's on to the BBQ UREA then Florida licencing.
5 months dealing w this very pricey company..went w them because I wanted to buy local. Poor choice in this regard

New South Windows remains incompetent

I first filed a complaint on this site about New South Windows on 10/8/14. Window installation caused damage and New South has yet to repair, after 5 weeks.
I called today and no one is available, of course.
I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Busines and Profesional Regulation and sent New South a copy via email.
I made the mistake of paying them the balance so, they have what they need plus the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They are firing people left and right, I'm told by employees there.
Don't do business with them!
