This "company" claims to help find grants to fund your small business and/or other initiatives. I was naïve enough to provide my debit card details to them to pay a $29.95 fee for... What exactly?! Pretty much to find information on their website that is listed and available everywhere on Google. Once I submitted my card details, a window popped up with a message saying that the card information provided already exists in their system and that I needed to enter another card number. Really?? That message right away shattered my confidence in their mission to help and I closed out of their website.

Then, literally five minutes after I submitted the initial payment, their "representative" calls me and leaves a voicemail asking to call back ASAP as "many funding opportunities represented by our organization are waiting to be utilized immediately". That very prompt phone call and very eager voicemail left me even more suspicious. I never called back, but several days later I still keep getting calls from "them" from different US states and area codes including Chicago. They claim to be in Delaware.

Should the user wish to cancel their account or change the login information, it is simply impossible to do so. This option is NOT provided by USA Funding website. So, you don't even know what exactly you are "logging" into.

After doing some research I'm now aware of the fact that it is illegal for any organization writing and issuing grants to charge a fee. Their offices already get paid by the Federal Government to write and issue grants.

Overall, the number of complaints about New USA Funding is endless. Just as an example, a complaint similar in nature to my complaint, posted by a user to www.complaints.com:

"I also signed up for the $29.99 service in March. I did note that the $29.99 is refundable if you get turned down for a grant that you applied for. However there isn't even a grant available for help for a down payment for a first time homebuyer. So there's nothing to apply for. They also tricked me into applying for another program through the same site that has a $24.95 charge. I now realize that there are sites like this that prey on people who are strapped for cash and take even more of our hard earned money to provide "services" that don't even exist for my specific needs. AND to make matters worse they debited my checking account AGAIN in April for both of these charges. Now I definitely do not recall seeing mention of the fact that these charges are MONTHLY. I called them and they now assure me that my "membership" is cancelled and there will be no further charges. Of course no mention was made of a refund."

Please do what is in your power to close this "organization" down. They are shamelessly taking advantage of people looking for help. Doesn't get any lower than that. But reflects our times perfectly.
