New vision auto Auto new vision Elliott Sold me a broke down car and never gave me the correct paper work whitch cause me to have my baby 6 weeks early and my water to break at 29 weeks because of stress Nationwide

 On febuary 1st I drove from eatonton ga to Atlanta ga to buy a 2001 town and country. It had been posted an craigslist the night before so I texted the number and asked what what wrong with it they replied only the trasmission wouldn't go in reverse I was ok with that. I asked of the Van would make it back to Eatonton the said yes So i went to but the van once I got to the address it was a car auction. I had to wait for the guy to get their . Once he arrived I explained to him I was pregnant and had 3 kids under 5 a mom on oxygen and a dad in stage 4 rebel cell cancer and I need the can to go back and forth to Dr appts so we could all fit. He said he drove the car and the only thing wrong was reverse so he got my money and went and bought a cashiers check came back and have me a title which is no good a Bill of sell and a as is no warranty paper and he left I was in the back of the place by myself and I didn't make it out the gate before it cut off twice I called him and he said he would help fix it I got it crunk up and drove 12 miles to a big truck place where tlit ran hot at we put water in it before we left the auction. I asked him if he could her it to my house since he said it would make it he replied yes but never did it say their till i rented a car dolly and went to get it some them I have texted and called and he said he was going to help still nothing I don't have a $1000.00 to just five away it has been almost 4 months and he has get to even send the correct paper work so I can get the title. I just want my money back or him to fix the problems that is not the transmission I had someone look at it and the moter is gone I was stressing about the Van along with everything going on in my life and my water broke at 29 weeks which made me have my baby girl 6 weeks early and her have to stay in the nicu for 11 day and not having the van running was hard because we had to make extra trips to see her I just want my money back since he still has the paperwork on the title it is still their van I have nothing with my name on it only new visions it's time for something to get done I have all the txt from him saying he will help as he has done nothing.
