I placed a ONE TIME order on the internet for some healthcare supplements and lo and behold I find new charges on my credit card statement.

I call customer service numerous times only to be placed on hold or sent to voicemail. I get to a supervisor one time and tell him on only ordered a single shipment and he tries to tell me I enrolled in some kind of club online and its my mistake. So I try to explain that I only ordered a one time shipment and I don't even live at the address they sent them to anymore and he hangs up on me.

So YES I filed a report with my credit card company already but these people are scammers bigtime and now I will complain to every state and federal agency I can about them for deceptive wording and enrolling people in negative option deals without making it clear.

SCAM ALERT ON NEW VITALITY and to be reported to the NYS attorney general, State of Florida Attorney General and the FTC as it was an Internet order.

Once you give them your credit card info they continue to use it even after you tell them you only wanted one order.

NEW VITALITY openly breaks the law for fraud and stealing and unlawfully charging people's credit cards.

Remove Credit Card

The easiest way to stop the shipments is to remove your
credit card information from your account.  Go to the website and Log
In.  The user name is the email you provided and if you can't remember
the password, click "forgot password" and they will send you a temporary
one to your email.  Use it to log in.  Once in click on account
details, look for area where credit card information is stored, then
delete it. Now they have no way of charging future shipments!  Don't
forget to change the password to one that you can remember in case you
need to verify that the credit card info has been deleted before the
next scheduled ship date.

Same story as the others, I ordered ONE item and found out today they charged my credit card again.  When I went online to look for any "subscription" or reoccuring account type, this information cannot be found anywhere.

This company is pulling a bait and switch on unknown customers and MUST be stopped.

Dear Mike and Jeff,

Our company wants to resolve the problem to your satisfaction and take the steps needed on our end to prevent it from happening again. We value our customers and this type of complaint is taken very seriously. After reading your comments it appears that you have contacted us before and we did not follow through on our commitment to you as our customer which is extremely disconcerting to me.

If your account has been billed again it tells me that your participation in the Preferred Customer program is still shown as active. All we need are the order details to make the necessary changes to your account so you are never billed again.

To make this happen, I do need your help by providing me with the details for your most recent order; we will cancel any future charges and immediately credit your account if it was billed in error. All calls are recorded for quality assurance which will help me determine the root cause of the problem. I will implement any new procedures that may be warranted. Again, this type of complaint is taken very seriously.

To avoid any further inconvenience to you, please contact me directly and I will personally assist you.

My number is 1-800-943-6465 x 1215. I am usually in my office Monday-Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

I can assure you that as soon as you provide me with the information needed I will be able to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.

They BILLED ME AGAIN!

To add insult to injury New Vitality BILLED ME AGAIN FOR 65$ !

This company is totally fraudulent and even though I disputed the charge to my credit card company NEW VITALITY scammed me yet again by billing me.

This company is defiantly involved in credit card fraud and thinks they can deceive the public with free one time offers but once they get your credit card information they continue to bill your card even when you tell them no.

For future reference THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING CONSUMERS BY ENROLLING THEM IN A NEGATIVE OPTION PLAN WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT.

Beware that I am not the only one to have this issue.

The do not clearly tell you that you will receive future unwanted orders charged to your credit card.

However they have complaints filed against them for the fraud they are committing.

SCAM WARNING on New Vitality in Long Island New York.

They are fraudulently charging peoples credit cards and shipping them products that were never ordered.

I am deeply concerned over your unfortunate comments; we have a very large customer base and when things like this happen it often makes us wonder how it did and what can be done to resolve the situation. To assure quality for our Sales and our Customer Service Representatives we do record our telephone conversations in order to find any fault if any on our offerings.

 

We do not automatically apply a charge and shipment to your credit card after the first order has shipped, that will only happen if you desire to get a discount on future orders by signing up for our "Super Saver Program". I would like to get your order information to research your problem and try and both satisfy you as a customer and possibly learn if there was any fault on our representative side by listening to the calls when they came into our center. We value you as a customer and never want you to have any dissatisfaction.
