I want to preface this review with the fact that I have no complaint with the product I ordered, however my complaint is with the very unfriendly and NEGATIVE customer attitude of New Vitality.   

Several months ago I listened to a radio ad while on a long road trip about New Vitality's "Coco-Pure" product.  The benefits sounded interesting so I placed an oder via my cellphone.  The deal was if you order a "three month" supply, they would include an order of Vitamin "D" for free.  When the package arrived, the 3 month supply of Coco-Pure was delivered, however there was no free bottle of Vitamin D in the box.  I figured it would probably come by itself later.  IT NEVER CAME.  I am very busy and never called to follow-up, however figured when I was ready to order again, I would mention the fact that I had never received the "promised" vitamins. 

Well, several months have passed and today I ironically receive a call from New Vitality offering a re-order promotion.  I advised them of what had occurred with my original order and was put on hold for several minutes.  The representative came back and said she had spoken to her supervisor and that they would be willing to send me the Vitamin D which was normally priced at nine dollars for six dollars PLUS shipping.   WOW!!!   A  whopping three dollar discount, plus shipping, off of something I should have received FREE in the first place.  They explained that since several months had passed, they could not honor the original offer. 

Come on people...we are taking about a measly bottle of vitamins.  I was so infuriated that I joined this site and wanted to post this report.  This is really all about a matter of PRINCIPAL.  This has cost me far more in time to write this than what the promised free product would ever have cost but I felt an obligation to tell the story.  It is the principle that matters.

My philosophy is that if everyone did the same it would have an impact on the company.  So, if you are considering ordering from them, make sure to check your order upon receipt and rectify any discrepancy immediately. 

How simple would the solution be....send the promised product and make the customer happy.  What would that have cost?  I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I am deeply concerned over your unfortunate comments; we have a very large customer base and when things like this happen it often makes us wonder how it did and what can be done to resolve the situation. To assure quality for our Sales and our Customer Service Representatives we do record our telephone conversations in order to find any fault if any on our offerings.

I would like to get your order information to not only send you a free bottle of Vitamin D but also to research your problem and try and both satisfy you as a customer and possibly learn if there was any fault on our representative side by listening to the calls when they came into our center. We value you as a customer and never want you to have any dissatisfaction. I promise that we will do everything possible to make you a happy.
