 I called to do a cancellation before the 30 days were up for my trial. I felt that the product was doing nothing for me. In the process I found out that had taken $40 out of my bank account. Sadly enough this money was taken before I even received a product. Sadly enough I didn't even order the product. I fully understand how their scam works. They tell the customer over the phone that they have 30 days to try product and if not satisfied they can cancel before the 30 days and will not be billed.

Now that is fair and how it is suppose work. What I found is that was not the case with New Vitality. What I found was that they take money out of a persons account before the 30 days before the customer has a chance to cancel and send
another shipment without the customers permission by assuming that they will not cancel I guess. In my case after three or more calls speaking to different customer service agents I was told that I will be receiving a postage paid label and I will be refunded my money back into my account.

I see this as false advertisement. They have no right to send the shipment before the 30 day agreement much less take out money from the persons account. One of the reasons they have know right is because the customer loses $5. 99,
that they will keep because they shipped out the product even if you did not order it. By the way you will be lucky if you get any of your money back. In my case I raised so much sand they said they will return some of my money but keep
the shipping and handling it is not the customers fault when they shipped without permission and should not be the customers fault due to the fact it was done before the 30 day trial period and without the customers permission.

I will show and prove that by doing so they gain a substantial profit. If 1000 people are caught in this catch 22 New Vitality stand to profit $5990 tax free. While the one customer is out of only $5.99 on a large scale they make money on
an illegal or false advertisement telling people/customer that they have 30 days to try the product. A true presentation to a customer would be to inform that customer they will be billed before the 30 days of a trail offer and that they would get only some of there money back minus shipping and handling if they don't accept the product. That was never said and I am not the only customer unhappy with this. What remains to be seen is how long will it take to get my money back?  This is an inconvenience when scammer pull this. This can't be allowed to continue without notice. Still in all I must thank them for deciding to send the postage free shipping label because I would have been out of even more money that the $5.99 shipping fee you are charging me.

 If you that have been victimized by New Vitality and want to put them out of business.
Here is what we must do. First e-mail stating your interest in stopping them.
Next we will contact as a group dateline and other sources that will bring this to light.

In all fairness to the company New Vitality I am forced to rebuttal my own rip off report against them. At first when I called New Vitality to complain about $40 being withdrawn from my bank account the customer service told me I could not get a
full refund. I knew I was in the right and could not understand why they denied me a full refund. Then I went to The RipOff Report as I always do to see, was this company a rip off scam. After seeing many complaints about New Vitality my reaction was that they were a rip off scam and was sadden and worried that I was going to lose my $40.















Soon after I wrote my own report a manager notice my report and responded explaining



that New Vitality tries very hard to satisfy the customer. The manager assured me



through e-mail as well as through his rebuttal here on RipOff Report that he



would look into this matter and try to make the customer happy, in this case



that would be me. After he reviewed my complaint he decided as a courtesy to me



the customer that I would get a full refund back. I am please. It is always



important to speak to a manager where as they have a better understanding of



customer relationships.   That is why they are managers. Often times a



business will ignore you. I find it important to give praise to that business out



there that do try communication with the customer.















Now I have not gotten my refund back yet but a spokes person called me on the phone



to assure me that they will handle this matter and I will get my money



returned. I believe him. I will keep you all posted that are watching this when



I do get my refund back. Thank you New Vitality. I also thank The RipOfReport because they povided a platform for this communication between business and customer

I am deeply concerned over your unfortunate comments; we have a very large customer base and when things like this happen it often makes us wonder how it did and what can be done to resolve the situation. To assure quality for our Sales and our Customer Service Representatives we do record our telephone conversations in order to find any fault if any on our offerings.

We do not automatically apply a charge and shipment to your credit card after the first order has shipped, that will only happen if you desire to get a discount on future orders by signing up for our "Super Saver Program". I would like to get your order information to research your problem and try and both satisfy you as a customer and possibly learn if there was any fault on our representative side by listening to the calls when they came into our center. We value you as a customer and never want you to have any dissatisfaction.
