My first order was over the phone, however I was given the same line that to get the discount price on 3 I would have to order 3. It said trial? If it was good, would not one bottle show me it was? So, I got the product and tried it. I liked the product but for me, it was too strong. I only needed one every other day or every 3 days. I avoid signing up for the 3 and just buy one every other month.

I told them the price was high for many of us retirees in an e-mail. I understand the frustration because of their policy. However, it is true one does have a choice for just the one bottle or the 3 at discounted price. I have been scammed by so many that my debit card was taken by my bank for filing too many complaints. Our economy certainly shows when all these scams come out.

new vitality they took money out of acct before product arrived and when i said no more business they said they couldnt stop and they had just put another auto ship order in after i was so upset as if mocking me, that implying there was no way out.i told them i was going to better business bureau and going to facebook them no matter what the outcome was and 3xs they refused to lrt me talk to the superviser,very haughty and trained in how to muscle people out of cash not health minded or ethical. DONT be fooled by the television ads they can send you the wrong order and it will count as a 30 day trial, even if you sent it back or was told by them to throw it out! how about that! watch your bank acct closely w/them and good luck ,cheaper and better to go to job lot or amazon.com i think at least they are honestly dishonest!! new york
