New Vitiality Unauthorized Billing to my credit card and autoshipping of merchandise Farmingdale New York

An order was placed with New Vitality in February 2009; at that time I personally indicated to the sales individual that no automated shipping or charges to my credit card would be made in the future. Also, that if I wanted additional products that I would order at my convenience.

New Vitality did not follow my instructions and not only have they charged my credit card account without my permission, they also shipped merchandise that was not ordered.

Yesterday, I spoke to a representative from New Vitality and she (Heather) indicated that a label would be forthcoming for return of the merchandise. She was hesitant to provide an amount for the full credit to my credit card. I also indicated to her that I would notify my credit card company of this problem which was by their mistake.

I have notified my credit card company of the following:

I am asking you to not pay this merchant and I am withholding payment to in the amount of $67.85 to Chase Card Services until this is fully resolved.

Additionally, the label that was supposed to be forth coming in the mail from New Vitality has not materialized as of today's mail. It is time to call them and start harrassing them until they reverse their error, this is strickly principal's and I do not intend to let them have their way.
