I loged into this company website for advise on how to sell items on E-bay during January 2006. They offered a 14 day "Free Trial" and I thought I tried it. To my surprise, when I received my Credit Card Statement they have made two (2) charges to it, one for $59.95 and another for $29.95. I thought I had been taken for a "ride", and decided to pay for my stupidity in believing that someone would assist you for "FREE", and paid the charges for the first time on January 2006.

Then on the February Statement of my Credit Card the same charges appeared again and I tried to contact this company to no avail, because I could not find a telephone number for them. I proceeded to write them a cancellation notice to membershipservices@osprocessing.com, but SURPRISE AGAIN! the same charges appeared on my March 2006 Credit Card Statement.

I just sent them another e-mail, but now I believe that this will be a cibernetic nightmare after I saw this website, and realized that there are other persons that were also "taken for a ride" by this On Line Supplier ripoff.

I am willing to do whatever is necessary to get On Line Supplier to stop their fraudulent business! please contact me and advise what is the next step!
Thanks for your assistance.

Well, the fact that your cancelation was not processed is no big mystery, considering you emailed the WRONG address.

The CORRECT address is

memberservices@osprocessing.com

Furthermore, the terms and conditions are provided on BOTH web pages that you had been entering your information.

That is where a company's legal obligations end. We, as most other companies out there, are regulated by the FTC, and also required by law to provide the terms of membership to our customers prior to their registration.
However, it is beyond our control whether the customer actually READS these or not. That is YOUR responsibility.

Stop blaming others for your neglect to detail and irresponsible credit card usage.
