I too was scammed by what I thought was a simple free CD. Instead all sorts of massive material arrived in the FedEx box! When a representative contacted me he told me he was a "debt counselor" and asked if I needed the "service". I explained that I did not, and wished to know how to return all the products. He assurred me that the company would document our conversation and that a return would be okay.

When I called the company they refused to authorize any return. At any time was I told the amount of the charges or given any invoices, billing, or receipts. They have been charging my credit card company $79.99 for months. I have disputed these items with my credit card company and plan to take it to whatever level is required.

I was never informed what the products or services were, or their cost: therefore not items described when purchased. I am not sure if this is a lump sum bill (paid with payments) or a recurring monthly expense. This lack of communication and clairification, and complete lack of customer satisfication, demonstrates that this is a scam. Their merchandise remains unopened in a box- in new condition. What is the big deal with allowing a return? Is this the reputation this company wants to get??
