New York City Department Of Finance Parking Department and ticket court unfair, making decision by disregarding facts, put financial gain before anything, New York New York

This is a another example of one of our government agency making wrong decisions.

Almost certainly I can say from the fact, they mad it intentionally for financial gain.

The facts:

Drove a out of state Charter Coach in New York City and the day was so hot 98 Fahrenheit !

The Coach A/C system couldn't handle it after hours of stop and go traffic and stopped working.

Temperature was rising rapidly so we had to transfer all the passengers to a replacement Coach.

There are so limited 'Charter Bus Layover" place in New York City, where I can legally stop without ticket.

Finally I find one where all the sign was confusing, but this time the temperature inside the coach was above 120 Fahrenheit !!!

Parked the Coach the best way I could and got out from the heat inferno.

The situation are the followings:

 It was originally designed for Charter Bus layover.

The sign was altered with red electrically tape. That alone make it confusing.

Then the parking enforcement officer come and starting righting paring violation ticket.

I tried to explain the situation, the A/C failed and it was unsafe to drive more, the sign is tampered with electrical tape.

Hi said that is not his concern, the coach in his opinion based on the tampered official sign with tape, parked illegally.

Hi hit me with $115.00 fine and walked away. Also stated the coach is parked 40 feet from the corner.

The actual distance was about 130 feet. Second mistake most likely intentionally for financial gain. 

I submitted online the ticket with all the detailed info and pictures to the court to contest.

The judge disregarded all the fact of evidence and find me guilty, by stating the photos are from a unidentified location ???

 To appeal for that decision is literally impossible without a layer. 

The fact according to the court document are if I pay it, I can't contest.

If I don't pay by the deadline and contest it within the legal time additional fine and interest may occurs !?

That is alone make confusing. Anyway The Judge was incorrect and also make a error of her judgments.

By only on the mistake what the parking enforcement officer committed on the ticket, the case should dismissed on the base of incorrect citation.

There are no layer how take my case for free, and not making sense to pay for layer more than the what is the fin.

Remember I hat to pay in order to avoid additional interest and fine.

Therefor the department is broken and corrupt, just like many of the rest of the government agency in the state.

It is impossible based on the above fact I would get a fair treatment of the same broken system
