New York Finance is not licensaed to do loans in New York or California. They use another company for pay day loan and unsecured loans. They text you and say you are approved up to $10,000, and you must call to finalize. You call some shady Guy in New York, and he verfied your online application

and then gurantee the approval, and email a bogus looking contract. He request for your ID via text, and so this is suspicious to provide ID Via text, and the loan terms are 10%, and some random payment, that does not add up to the loan and rate. Further reseacr, these guys have complaints with BBB in New York, for scamming folks, they deposit a fake money order in your account, then ask for a $900 cash fee, and so when the check is returned, they are long gone. NO GO SCAMMERS.

In the process of looking for a loan New York finance ask me to send Bank info for 5000 however when I ask for direct numbers to management it just goes to VM. When the person called back I asked about the reviews I found and why was people accounts going negative. He got upset and said but I am not asking you for money. They are still messing with people's lives it is so sad. Glad I am from NY and no better

This is a SCAM. These people are attempting to defraud others. They are similar to the Green Dot scam. Please be aware. They attempted to defraud me, but I was familiar with their game.
