New York Sash installed new windows and they don't honor the warrenty at all. ripoff Whitesboro New York

New York Sash installed twelve windows in my home. The first year they were fine but the second year they started to leak cold air and the third year more and more cold air.

The company would not do anything to fix the problem.

I used channel 20 news and they still won't do anything to help me fix my windows . They are suppose to give me new windows if the window leaks and water gets between the panes and they don't even do that. I had to pay for the window to be replaced.

I will never order anything from New York Sash and if anyone wants to know what the windows do contac me and I will show you what kind of work they do.


I tried to put that heat shrink plastic up inside of the house but the wind comes thru the windows so bad that it blows the heat shirnk plastic off the window.

In the winter I have to put sheets of sterofoam panels in the whole window to stop the air from coming thru. In the winter time I can't see thru my windows because of this problem.

I had other window companies come and tell me the windows are installed wrong but they won't touch them but they will install new ones.

I don't feel I should replace them but to get New York Sash to fix the problem or replace them. I paid $6000.00 for the windows and they should honor the warrenty.
