This company made it clear they do not care about who or how much they charge. I lived in that area for 2 years and had some of the biggest utility bills we have ever seen. Can you imagine living in a small home with no AC in the summer having $400 electric bills? How about $600 natural gas bills for one billing cycle during the winter.(and it wasn't even that cold)
We have lived in many different places and have not even come close to these numbers, ever. I am posting because of the huge irregularities we encountered on our bills.
When we moved out of New York we had a balance owed to NYSEG from the winter months and were making payments. When I cancelled my service I planned on finishing up the payment schedule. No chance. They sent me a bill to be paid in full and then turned me over to a collection bottom feeder all in less than 30 days.
