New Zion Shilohs Lisa Refuses to follow State Law sold sick dog Fillmore New York

We bought a Shiloh Seperd from New Zion Shilohs Owner Lisa in Fillmore, New York. We filled out the paper work and paid the full amount. The paper work that she provides clearly shows the new York State Law if the dog has a deadly sickness. Our dog ended up with Parvo and in the Orchard park Hospital for four days and thousands of dollars in bills. We provided her with all required paper work under the law and requested our money back.  She gave us the story she has no money and needs time. She however, has sold a number of puppies since then. We even tried to break up the payments to help her out and still nothing.  This is not the first sick dog according to various reports posted.  We are going forward with legal action against her, and if the court will, we will put a lean on her business and her dogs. Beware, she plays the game and gives out the paper work but does not follow it when things go wrong. Warning be aware of what your getting into.  Lisa does not allow buyers to make payments, Lisa wants her money, Lisa talks how wonderful her dogs are, Lisa does NOT follow new York State Law when things go wrong! Lisa is a questionable business person in my opionion, anyone who does not take care of customers when her product was defective and she has all the proper filled paper work.  Stephen Wilson, New York
