in 2009 we bought some Newa products for resell purpose in our country, we trust this New Brand because we "trust Aquarium Systems" who offer this new brand, Newa.

after sold ALL pumps, ALL customers complaints the Newa pumps they bought from us are burnt, because overheat, ALL these burnt pumps are under 1 year usage, which still covered by the 3 years warranty promised by the factory.

as Responsible company, we have replaced ALL Burnt Newa pumps with other Brand pumps to ALL the customers, because we do not want our company reputation ruined by selling defective pumps and not replace the defective pumps.THIS WAS MASS BURNT PUMP, NOT 1 PC PUMP BURNT BECAUSE CUSTOMER'S FAULT !

we have lost a lot money investing in this Newa, because we spent money to replace Dead koi fishes caused by these defective pumps which caused whole power failure to some ponds fish.

we have contacted Newa to claimed their warranty in 2011 and 2013, but no reply for several years, there email address printed on each Newa carton box : info@newa.it so we think Newa factory have closed or bankrupt....

but now they have New Website, so we tried again to claim these warranty, they replied to us ,but no solution and no decision to replace all defective pumps...

finally...we found out that these Newa pumps and most of their other products are made in China, we found the factory who made these Italian pumps...no wonder their quality are low...and they sell these "Italian pumps" with 3times more expensive than the China factory can sell to us...

anyone want to buy this Newa products or maybe become their distributor??
