NewAge Rude, disrespectful, condescending. Required to send back trial to avoid approx 180.00 charges. Terms n conditions not clearly noted on site and rep Marcel Smith cs # 143 needs fired for his rudeness Tempe Arizona

 This co is a scam. I ordered the product for results and didn't see the benefits. I paid for the shipping and handling and they insist for me to return the trial sample in order to avoid being charged $180.00. That's why they charge for the trial! The cs rep named Marcel Smith #143 was very rude, disrespectful and very condescending to me. I asked for another rep to assist and was refused my request. Some of the comments to me included " are you serious", and " do you understand English? " when I asked for a spelling of his name. There were no terms and conditions on the link I connected to. Nothing is on the invoice including no website link. I will send back empty bottle and called the cr card co to block any future orders. This is the kind of co that leaves a bitter taste in your mouth and makes it hard for any reputable co to sell a quality product. Don't do it!
