NewHealthy Savings.com, Simpligada Consultants Limited BT-LTD Customer Service Ripoff fraudulent billing e-mailed confirming my purchase using my maiden name for health products none of which i recall purchasing twice in one day approx. 12 min apart Internet

On Nov. 29, 2004 at exactly 8:46:16 AM JST, I received an e-mail from cs@sgada.com stating,
"Simpligada Consultants Limited Your Internet Purchase has been Approved-Your Credit Card Statement will reflect the billing company as:sgada.com800-370-5012
If you have any questions you may reach customer service at the above number or email us at:cs@sgada.com
Customer Service Numbers: USA Toll Free 800-370-5012
Ref: NewHealthy Savings.comTx:5227706".

On the same day, approx. 12 minutes later, at 9:09:07 AM JST, I received again the same thing.

I replied by asking, "what did i buy from your company?"

On December 2, 2004 8:58:48 AM JST, I received a reply addressed to my maiden name again, from a different e-mail address (bt-ltd@net-member.com, NOT csgada.com), the message was as follows:

"Dear Valued Customer,

BT-LTD is the billing company for New Healthy Savings.com, a provider of discount medical benefit cards which offer savings of 10-50% off, on prescription drugs, contact lenses, doctor visits and vision care, amongst others. You may contact customer service for any additional details concerning this purchase, or to cancel your account at: 646-495-8107.

Thank you

BT-LTD Customer Service"

I am going to my bank today to file a dispute. I will update you with the progress of my dispute.
