Rep. Brenda Brenner came into my office to go over my advertising, as I informed them I wanted to cut back, no explanation as it is non of business.  Well Brenda Brenners laptop conveniently would not print out the contact, and informed me she would email to me.  Asked numerous times and finally received after a month of asking and only after I informed her to cancel everything. A Social Media package was added that I did not know I was being charged for, they debited my bank account unauthorized and informed me I would get my money back in 2 billing cycles, I put stop pay.  I have spoken to 15 different people and 15 different people tell me 15 different things.  You have a credit it hasn't been applied yet, next person says they don't see any credits. Priscilla Golembeski told me human error they screwed up.  When I did pay they applied to print or to digital then tell me it was on the prior year ads.  They told me that they canceled the Social Media in 11-1017, next person tells me 4-2017, however, I still get updates on how good the Social Media site is doing in 2018, never ever got 1 call from the site.  I refuse to pay for something that was illegally slid onto my contract.  Now they have set me up for collections.  Now collections is leaving nasty voice mails on how they will take legal action.  List of people I have talked to at hibu:  Kayleigh, Priscilla Golembeski, Crystal Shelton, Brenda Brenner, Lindsay, RJ, Joe, Nash, Armles, Mike, Dan, Sorel, Vina, Fran Biondi and Cortney Hayes.  Still waiting for call backs from most of these people.
