Wii wired$11, 000 to Steven Rutstein to do construction and carpentry work at our home Steven was supposed to do the construction have the plumbing the electric the cabinet's the windows the doors installed we wired him $11, 000 through his wife and son bank account because he claimed his bank account was frozen we thought that was odd but we still did it anyway we talked to Steven everyday up until the wire August 28th 2018 after he received $11, 000 we contacted him to ask when he will begin to work on our home he never responded he never text back we've been calling him texting him he has not responded we file as Chicago police report against even because the crime happened in Chicago we want everybody to beware of this company and Steven as he has he is a scammer and will scam you for your money and not deliver any product and he is not a contractor he does not have a contractor's license and we found this out later on after our investigation of him do not do business with this company because he is a scammer and we're looking to have him arrested for fraud and wire fraud and deceptive practices
