Newport News Catalog Slow Returns/Refund Fees taken out of refund despite 100% money back guarantee, 2+ months wait Internet

I returned two separte orders in mid-June. The webiste for Newport News states that returns can take from 4-6 weeks to process and receive refunds. I waited until the end of July and called to check the status of my returns and credits. They stated that both returns were received but it would take two billing cycles to receive the credits. I then pressed further regarding the length of time and was eventually told I would see the credits within 5-7 days...It's 8/4 and still no credits. Not to mention that they have a "100% money back guarantee!" if you are not satisfied. However, they fail to tell you that they take a fee out of your refund for processing/handling. For example, I had purchased a 29.00 item and I was told I have a credit coming for ONLY $15.63! I was satisfied with the other products I received from them, however, I will reconsider purchasing in the future due to these practices.
