SanFranciscoResumeWriter.com appears to indeed be a scam and a resume mill. These most likely are not franchisees the company is assisting with growing their own businesses, simply check their "samples" and you will see they are all identical. 

Read the copy on the website of SeattleResumeWriting.com and DallasResumeWriter.com and you will see the website copy is identical. Be sure to read the privacy policy and then try to visit www.LocalResumeWriter.com.

First I need to apologize for maybe when you read this not having a complete profile written out. Secondly let me introduce myself My name is Jillian and I am the customer service manager of Local Resume Writer.com. Before I address the review above I think I need to make clear some misunderstandings from the outset.I am not a resume writer, however we operate a franchise of resume writing outlets that seek out local resume writers and help them achieve great exposure online thru our very new business.

The idea is very simple.We seek a local writer out in a city, we help them by providing a website writing to bring out their character, help them market themselves with advise, we handle payment processing and and issue that arise, We are adding local writers to out site daily . Now onto the review above, I personally handle issues that come up- but it wil be difficult to reolve this without knowing who you are.. so a direct appeal to you is to provide here your tranaction number so I can then personal look up your order you were refunded for.  Once this is done I am more than happy to use this review site as a public discourse of us resolving this issue.

There is obviously no scam here. All of our writers would be crazy to ignore a customer as that would only hurt their franchise. I will at this stage ignore the dramatic picture painted of being ignored. However I will point out one of the biggest problems we have with paypal is that people use a email address for paypal they either don’t use anymore or never check, so when the questions or document is sent to the ‘paypal email address’  unless the client checks that address it makes it diffcuilt to communicate .They often say a little bit of information is dangerous and while I cant fault this person for their creative writing over the 'situation'- I can fault his assumption to jump to the idea of fraud because a simple google search showed similar websites.

As already pointed out we are increasing our local resume writing list daily and some of theother you list are certainly not happy you are dragging their name as innocent  writers in a claim even you agree is nothing to do with them. So, please  post the transaction ID here and I wil pucblicy resolve this issue with you on this forums, as thought we do not owe you tranparecy of our internal business as no other business would owe you that either  I do owe you the chance to resolve any issue you seem to have with us- despite the fact you have received your money back as it was you who decided not to work with us and nothing else. 

For anyone reading this- At the end of the day- sure- anyone online can be a scam- and anyone can say- "Oh of course, I am not a scam".... would you believe them if they said they weren't? Heck, I could say yep, sure- I am a scam... would you believe me? See what I mean.... there is no answer for that. A reputable company and franchise like ours is not run by scamming people... We offer a personal resume service. I cannot do anything to tell you we are not a scam... But seriously.. think about it for a moment- would we really be able to run a successful company and have a merchant account if all we did was scam people... and think about the # of chargebacks we would be getting for not doing the work.... Not very logical is it...

At the end of the day - when you hire a resume writer you need to take things into consideration: Are the samples they show what you are looking for in both quality and format. Do you feel secure that you can trust their expertise? And who do you think will do the best job? That is what is most important... And I stand by that even if it isn't me you decide to go with...
