Nexagen USA, LLC ripoff product and repeated unethical billing practices Unlisted By Company Ripoff Internet

My husband & I have been using a few diet aid products for quite a few months now. My husband has lost 35 lbs. using these products so I know they work! I've felt better & slept better since I started using these items. Sounds to me like someone didn't follow the proper procedures....like they were told to do!

We have other family members using these same products, not one complaint so far! Only great things to say about Nexagen! This company is wonderful! We are proud to share these products with our family, knowing they are safe & effective for weightloss. We've decided to become distributors for Ron Leyland & his concept to help others while helping ourselves!

I have been on the patch for 2 months and have lost 16 pounds so far. These patches do work. I have no desire to eat carbs, and desire to eat healthy. I am now eating to live instead of living to eat.

Nothing works the same for everyone. If you and your best friend go to a gym and do the same workout, the results will be different. Also, if you don't do it long enough, it certainly won't work. I am a consumer who uses the patch and know many other people who have had great results with the product. You were told up front that there is a 90 day commitment. Problem is: you didn't commit. The weight loss patch is not a miracle, it is a wonderful aid to help you lose weight. I'm sorry you're negative about the company, but the company is very ethical and provides a great product. Oh, yeah, it's not a license to eat pizza, drink beer, etc. it is an aid and will work if you "aid" the product. Good luck in your endeavor to lose weight, it is truly a struggle.

It seems to me this situation could have easily been avoided by knowing what you were agreeing to before purchasing this product. First, if you only used the product for 30 days how do you know if it works or not? Second, you obviously "signed" an online agreement for the $60 or they could not charge it to you. Third, automatic payments are not done manually and usually a company needs 3-5 days to cancel an auto-pay charge. If you cancelled in between the first and second month, this would be normal and obviously you got your money back. For future reference, credit card resolution usually takes 30 days and all our credit card companies are up front about this.

LLC's are completely legal and simply means that if the business gets sued, the officers or owners will not be personally liable ie they will not lose their homes, personal assets, etc. Anyone with a business knows this is a good way to structure your company in legal terms. If your business got sued, would you want to chance losing your home? I only have a small business and it is an LLC because of this exact situation. People are sue crazy these days, this is simply a legal form of personal protection.

Next time I would suggest you take the time to find out what you are getting into. That seems to be the entire problem with your complaint - you jumped in without looking first. Now I am not connected to this company in anyway but I couldn't help but respond to your "ripoff" report because you didn't get ripped off, you were simply inconvenienced because you were not a careful consumer.

Your report would not turn me off this company in anyway but it is a good indicator of what can happen when one doesn't think before acting.

I have used the Nexagen USA, Jen Fe weight loss atch for about 2 months now and I have to say t is the best product I have tried. I lost 22 Lbs so far and 6 inches off my waist. I think the patch is easy to use. I also think anyone can benefit from it. As far as the billing practices go, I have not had the problems the gentleman above has had. I asked why they have the auto ship policy on the patches and they said you do not have to use it if you do not want and I chose to use it anyway. I love it and will tell everyone I know about it.
