 NexGen Invest is running a scam. Invites contractors to remodel houses, but allows only 4 weeks and dirt cheap predetermined labor prices to accomplish finished work. Then creates so many obstacles and delays that houses cannot be completed by the deadline. Refuses to pay on time, and ALWAYS shorts contractor on payments (outside of the agreed upon 10% hold back line item figures and final payment hold back). Relies heavily on verbal agreements, never makes good on them. Contractor loses the whole way through, but is compelled to finish work because so much is held back... (Contract threatens to charge contractor $150 per day if deadline is not met). The most frustrating contracting ordeal I've ever faced in 30 years. Company is completely unorganized and bent on robbing contractor after getting houses completed. STAY AWAY from this crooked outfit. Fair warning...
