I ordered by 15 days free trial and all I had to pay was S & H of $4.95. I was charged $149.95 for 2 bottles of Phenterthin that i have no intention of buying 2 weeks later. There was no disclaimer in the 1st place that i had to cancel the free trial within 15 days on the website when i paid for the S&H. They can not be contacted by phone because i had tried calling the one phone number showing on my bank statement and they said they are just a payment processing firm and had nothing to do with Nexgenlabsusa.com. The only way is to submit tickets thru their website and that website was mysteriously unaccessible as of today. I tried all day today both at work and at home and can not gain access to their website. The authorized charge came in this past Monday on 8/6/07 and i have been submitting tickets after tickets on their "support site" because that is the only way they will let us contact them. Even their Live online customer service chat on their website is fake, tried that everyday during business hours as well as in the early evenings , no one was ever online like they claimed. I printed every single one of their response back to me as proof because i would like to take legal actions against them by not presenting the disclaimer before me during their 15 days free trial offer and also their reponse to me was "by clicking on the submit button you would entered a legally binding contract with them for the pills". WHAT??!?!?!?! Since when a free trail offer becomes a legally binding contract when i hit submit to pay for the S&H???!!!

I demanded my refund of $149.95 and they refused and when i mentioned taking legal actions against them yesterday, their website can not access all day today. After reading another victim on RipoffReport.com, the victim said that the response tickets would mysteriosly disappear from our inbox, and that is true, that happened to my 1st response ticket from them so i had printed out all response tickets from them after that.

This is an internet scam, i have bought so many things online for the past 10 years and never come across such scam untill now. There was no disclaimer from them about cancelling before the 15 days free trial when i paid for the S&H. I am really upset about this. Please help.
