Next G sell a pre-paid phone card from a poster in a local convience store showing 1000+ minutes for $5.00.

When you dial your number it says you have less than 100 minutes.

They also charge a weekly "maintenance" fee regardless if you use the card or not.

Good luck asking for an explanation.
