I Ordered this product on my smart phone and when it went to the total purchase screen it showed I had purchased three additional products seperately.
I immediately called the number on the confirmation page which was now in my email.
I had two emails. One for each purchase. Both had the exact same time stamp.
I calmly explained to the rep I only purchased the one, asked about the other and said it needed to be taken off the account asap.
The rep said she could only find the one purchase, said she was looking and didn't see the other.
Maybe it was all just a big misunderstanding and I should just go about my business.
I proceeded to tell her I was looking right at it in my email. Also looking at the charge on my bank account. She continued to play dumb.
Then told me to call back in an hour when the computers could catch up. I disagreed of course and said if it had already hit my bank account their computers were pretty quick and it was there. She was adamant and continued to say she couldn't find it.
When I called back I had a new rep, my other purchase was there for all to see. Again I demanded I be refunded my money and was told NO.
I informed him that I had made the ONE purchase for One antenna not TWO seperate purchases for FOUR antenna.
He stated that he couldn't give me a refund and that he was trying to work with me by offering me a discount.
What?
I informed him I was just going to send it all back and we would do it that way then and was told I would be charged a restocking fee
He then proceeded to give me the address with a #RMA informing me I would be paying for the shipping.
I did pay for the shipping, it cost me 20 bucks to ship it to some fictitious address in Cali.... On Monday it was back in my mailbox.
In the end I disputed the second charge and cancelled my bank card. Paid for the first charge because legally I have to. Anyone want an antenna?
