Next Generation Debt Settlement Debt Restructor Group Cheating my Good Credit and my Good Name Claim to Pay off My debt I call Debt Liar's and I am MAD Irvine, California

Before I joined this scammy group I had a lot of credit card debt, but I had not missed any payments to theses creditors.  I tried to get a loan from several institutions, but was told I had to much credit card debt.  I forget the bank that I called for the loan, but the loan officer told me that I had to much credit card debt for this loan.  Even though I paid on time and never missed.  He recomended this company.  Looking back I think this was a good bank and they would never do this especially now they want to settle with you before it get bad.  I think this was a friend of his.  I fell for the sales pitch and I started paying the money, they kept saying they were making my creditors offers.  All I would see in these offers were the last 4 digits of the account and were the money amount was it would be blank.  I did copy one of those scammy offers.  It would only be 12% or less of what you owed, which would be about (Citi account) $200. of what I owed which was $14000.  What bank would accept that.  Anyway all of my money was going toward legal fees.  I got out in 9 months and I paid around $3700. and I only get back $669 dollars threw Meracord bank.  All those legal fees I paid, when I got a summons to court they only answered it once and when I got a court date and I wanted to know if they would be there all they said is that I don't need it it is only a pre-trial and that the judge would get a arbrtratior for me.  That they had been making offers and my creditors says they did not receive offers from them.  They lied to me and said that this was my right, but never helped me understand that it also was the creditors right to sue me!  Every time there was an emergency  I had to wait 3 business days before I would hear anything from them.  My credit now is screwed because of this company.  Citi Bank says they do not deal with them, i should have listened, Targe do not dea with them and turn my account over to a collection agency.  i had to get out and make arrangements to pay.  I have worked it out myself and paying the same amount to my creditors without the extra fees.  This company needs to be stopped and now.  I wish I could sue them for my money back.  I will be telling my story when I have more time in full.  This is nothing bu a scam.  they try to make you think that all is going to be ok with this approach and you will be debt free and get better offers after this is all over.  I look them up in the BBB and they had a flat out F.  I will be getting $669. back from Meracord in the BBB they had a At.  I don't know how they are working with such SCAMMERS!  I would love to get all my money back because they did nothing for me.  Wrote Cease and Desis letters. answered 1 summons and told me I did not need them in court. That is not the issue they said in the contract that they would be in court with me.  My court papers has a space for an attorney.  i threw away $2500. I could have paid on my bills.  It is also a waste of time and a lot of stress.  Since I made plans with my creditors, I have been relieved of stress.  I am glad I did not put all my bills in that Scam I still have 3 creditors in good standing, and I am now making arranges to have 3 of the others paid off in December.  Things are better after SCAM Restructor!
