Next Jump scam internet fraud corporate benefits Internet

This company is like a Nigerian call center scam.  Next Jump ripped me off by promising on their website that I would get $10 off (the equivalent of all of my purchase points which accumulated) and that this would be credited on my credit card w/in 2 wks after my purchase: never got it.

Next Jump works with major corporations like Bank of America to give corporate benefits, rewards, points, discounts, etc on a "corporate benefit" website w/ in the company to a company's employees.  I have had nothing but trouble with them.  Their call center is in Guatemala.  I was promised a resolution in "4-5 business days" - never got one.  Called back to speak to a supervisor - they advised that "he is in a meeting and will give you a call back in 20-30 min."  I left a message - never got a call back.  Called back 2 more times and was given the whole "he's in a meeting and will give you a call back in 20-30 min." b/s.  This company doesn't care about customers - they only want to try to be the next bubble.
