DAVE HALL  is making False Accusations against Next Level Fortune. Rules and regulations are in a recorded format for all members to follow.  Team builds are not permitted. This member sent the program out to over 12,000 people he claims to know personally because they are a part of his mailing lists.  I am a member of his mailing lists and HE DOES NOT KNOW ME PERSONALLY, he spams me daily, several times a day with several business opportunities I have not given him permission to send. I have asked to be removed from his list and he still continues to spam me. Next Level Fortune rules & guidelines states you must share the program with people you know, love & trust and have done business with in the past to eliminate complaints about random people being responsible for sharing products & a one time $25 cash system purchase. The program asks that you introduce the program to people you have done business with in the past, these people still have to be screened. The program is designed to help members financially and has done that encouraging all members to pay all payment processor fees & develope LLC's to manage and maintain any money received from this program. All members are encouraged to Pay IRS for any earnings earned in this program clearly posted on the website and in all training materials, audio or in black and white print.  

DAVE HALL violated the program rules by sending the information out to 12,000 members of his personal mailing list which is clearly evident that he attempted to do a team build by telling others he had his 3 people in our 3x1 system and would place others under his 3.  This is a perfect example of giving people false hope by allowing someone else to place people under them that they do not know PERSONALLY in hopes of becoming responsible for that members finances. Dave Hall became bitter when he was told he could not team build and was advised to follow rules, he requested his money back which he was not entitled to, because he received DIGITIAL PRODUCTS with a NO REFUND Policy in place. Once he received the products he was not entitled to a refund. Since he needed $35 so badly, I refunded his $10 admin fee PROMPTLY, his $25 he paid to his sponsor was refunded within 2 days later.  He requested his money back to leave the program so he was banned. He immediately sent an email to his mailing list accusing Next Level Fortune of being a scam for not refunding his money which was a total LIE!!  He has all refunds in his possesion and is upset about being put out of the program by his own request.

He has sent a investigation report to PayPal to investigate the payments sent to Next Level Fortune as being received as a friend & family payment suggesting our program was scamming paypal out of its processing FEES! This statement is not true. All payments received have had fees taken out from paypal so that accusation is FALSE! All members of Next Level Fortune is receiving products, services and everything promised for their one time $25 fee to get started and their $10 quarterly admin fee. He also states next level fortune has kicked him and his team out of the program, He has been banned for requesting his money back, im sure that means he kicked himself out. He has asked only 1 member to remove himself and has sent out an email to all 12,000 members encouraging them to file a complaint on this forum to support his lies.  He is the only member that has created this issue.

I was signed up under him in panyoya travel deal and I requested cancellation. There is no way I want to have a sponsor of so little integrity leading me, providing an extra stream of income for him in an MLM program. This is what he sent when I requested cancellation from panvoya:
